Queenslanders are proud of their hospitals and the people that deliver services, keep our hospitals running and promote healthier communities. But these hospitals and these patients are under threat.
Not only is Campbell Newman’s government hurting our economy but by cutting health jobs and services he is jeopardising patient care and jeopardising the wellbeing of the people that need help the most.
We can’t let Campbell Newman off the hook on Health.
Regions are the hardest hit by this radical agenda, with efforts to close, downgrade and sack staff in key facilities that will mean the hardworking Queensland families that keep our regions running are losing services.
The Newman government has already cut right around Queensland, whether it's the Royal Children's Hospital or the Moreten Bay Aged Care, from Toowoomba to Townsville, and from Moura to Eidsvold, jobs and services continue to be cut by the Newman government.
This government’s obsession with its radical agenda is cutting, closing and tearing Queensland apart.
By being part of this movement we can stick up for health workers, stick up for services and stick up for Queensland by taking action by joining thousands of others in the Working For Queenslanders movement now.
